So, I have a foreman grill that has removable heating plates for easy cleaning. He decided to make some bacon yesterday, and the plates were in the dishwasher. This leaves the heating elements open on the grill itself.

Yeah. He cooked the bacon on the heating elements.

Welp. I get a new Foreman Grill.



Fortunately he appears afraid of the Air Fryer. That may survive.

Speaking of Florida, just got back this morning from a brief vacation in the Sunshine State. It was a fun trip and I actually got to meet @dare2be as he drove down to see me in Orlando.

/He's a good egg, by the way, although I still don't know about his rooting choice as far as NFL teams are concened

So what did you guys do? And was this like a league meeting where you peruse posts and come up with explanations for suspensions?

I don't know why, but I just picture a video montage of you two hanging out set to the music below with footage of you both getting pictures with Mickey Mouse and riding Space Mountain together...

lol - Definitely some reminiscing about the swamp days as well as early days at the Hoop. Even got to watch a little of the Bruins - Bolts game as we dined.

/dare has good taste in restaurants and let's just say our server was very easy on the eyes.

I've made bacon and coffee maple syrup before. It's fantastic.
