Mostly for @mattola as I have WiFi but not texts...

Just finished a dive in St Kitts, as soon as we got down to about 60-70 feet there were a bunch of Carribean reef sharks circling us. Most 5-8 feet, but there was one about 10 feet.

We are swimming along and all of a sudden the dive master spears a lionfish and feeds it to the sharks off of the end of the spear. Was so fucking cool.
A stray chunk of lionfish floated past my face, and I was just hoping they wouldn't want to come clean up their mess.

Anyways, I didn't die, but it was pretty fucking cool.

I should have some video of this, but the WiFi isn't sting enough to get it off of the camera.
There were some folks on the dive with some pretty professional equipment, and me and my daughter were just there with out $70 amazon specials.
Should have just gotten their contact info so I could have focused more on the not dying part of the experience.

The second dive, the guide picked up a two foot long lobster (with a gariot at the end of a stick) It was even the biggest that he has ever seen. And then he went and disturbed a bunch of stingrays so we could get a better look. I was envisioning a Steve Irwin moment.

In my haste to catch up in this thread, I read that as Friendliest Gay Whales on the Planet.

/Not that there's anything wrong with that.

If that one gets up on your leg
