Only reason for my post above is that Air Supply is still touring (albeit smaller venues these days). They'll be at the Emerald Queen Casino in Tacoma in February.

For the most part you won't get the upper echelon of acts there but they have a lot of quality bands, and for $25 it's about as good as you'll get in terms of prices for concerts in the area. Saw Incubus, 311, Allman Brothers Band, Steve Miller Band, bands I wouldn't pay $80 to see but on a random summer night for $25, why not?
