alright so its almost 3 hours since you posted this and I have been reading since thanks the fuck alot lol.....

seriously thanks for showing me that. Im loving it.... man they have changed so much from the books to the show that its ok to read this without fear of spoilers.

btw I much prefer comic book maggie attitude to tv show maggie... but obviously not the look she is um a comic character

What issue are you on? I just finished 35. Gov is MUCH more of a badass in the books than in the show, but Michone fucks his shit up soooooo bad. I was squirming just reading it.

Carol is a COMPLETELY different person. I think in the show, she is more of a toned down Donna than a Carol. I think Beth will become the comic Carol.

An equivalent statement would be that comic Allan is better than TV Allan.

Comic Andrea is more of a badass. She is not trying to talk to everyone and place pre-ZA morality on everyone. She is able climb into the watch tower and do what needs to be done while everyone else is saying hi to each ther. She is able to find true love in this new world, not try to just sleep with the power-player of the week.

Allan and Ben in the comics are completely different people from who they are in the show. They are in the original Atlanta group. Ben is about 4 years old and never says anything, but Allan is a relatively major character.

the "tax evader" that cuts off Herschel's youngest daughters heads, that was supposed to be Axel on the TV show he was supposed to do that to Beth, when he did his audition that was his scene, leading beth out to the woods to cut her head off.

That sounds pretty fucked up! I'm sort of glad they didn't go down that road though. I read an article today that said Beth's character will be promoted from recurring character status to primary character status in Season 4, along with Tyrese and Sasha.

I think the actor mentioned that on TTD when he was on after Axel's death.

I love the show as well, but the show just seems like a kids lollipop after reading the comics.
