thinking about everything that got piled on him then losing his wife the way he did after being mad at her for so long and not being able to make amends got him to this point.

Yeah, it's definitely believable. It's just sad for the group.

I'm guessing we'll see Daryl back with the group at some point. I don't think Merl makes it through the season, but that's just a guess.

I think Merle is going to end by Daryls hand. he is going to do something that Daryl challenges and Daryl will make the decision to stop him. Rick will come out of it or many will be gone as a result soon. its been a while since a regular got offed. some may be nervous lol

there is nothing in Merle that I see that would let the group welcome him back. he was quite neutered by the governor and as soon as he is away from him he is right back to being merle. the way he talked to the group when they got back to the car was telling.

Yeah, he's none too smart. When someone you tried to kill has a gun pointed at you, it might not be the best time to made smart alec comments and racist remarks.

I'm watching the show again. If you watch it, listen to the wind noise during the scene where Rick is talking to the people that want to join the main group.

It was calm an hour before... but it sounds like a god damn hurricane is raging outside.

I'm thinking Glen might die, probably during the season finale. After his talk where Hercshel says he's like his own son I just got that feeling. He's starting to go nuts and has some vendetta against the Governor. I think he might do something irrational to try to kill the Governor that leads to his death. Or maybe the white members of the new group (probably the dad) lead to his death somehow after Herschel convinces Rick they are worth giving a chance.

I don't get why Rick is still being so hostile towards Michonne. It's partly her fault for being unco-operative at first but she did help them save Glen and Maggie, and brought back supplies for his(?) baby, plus they have a common enemy that she knows better than him, and now he finds out she knows Andrea well. All she did was disappear for a bit when they went to Newbury. Not to mention the fact she's a chick roughly his age, maybe a bit younger, and he's a widower now in a world where most of the population has been wiped out. I think he'd be smart to keep her around, and try to be a bit more friendly.

Hahaha yeah! It's a 2-way street. They both have all the reason in the world to become allies but for whatever reason both insist on continuing with the hostilities just for the sake of it.

I was hoping that by befriending the prison group we might start seeing a different, more interesting side of her but that's not happening yet.
