kind of wish a couple of you fuckers had not dropped the cannibalism spoiler before the episode.

I really wish you guys would post comic book stuff on a different thread, 'cause the typing it in white and then quoting it so everyone can see it is kinda ruining it for those of us who don't read the comics.

nice cinematography on that opening. Rick looks DONE.

As much as I have had problems with this season, particularly the 2nd half, the show looks so much better this season. Really filmed nicely and the locations are great.

I liked the episode, liked the ending. At the beginning I assumed it was going to end with Rick alone by the truck. I am glad that was the beginning. I'm glad none of the group died, sometimes in finales I feel they do that because they feel like they have too.

I forgot to go back and look at the bones as they were running. Were they human bones? If so I am surprised they resisted the temptation to have someone in the train car with a severed limb.

Whats with the fixing of the plate? Poisoned to knock them out then take their weapons?

Though when they were running though terminus they ran though a place that had human bones that looks like the meat was eaten off so there were very subtle hints they were cannibals

I'm confused as to why they were put in the train car with members of the group, as if somehow the people at terminus knew who they were and were expecting them. Why wasn't anyone else in the car? Surely there are more people showing up at terminus than just "our group".

Good episode. Definitely a cliff-hanger. Would have loved if it were 2 hours and that was just the 1st half. Definitely sets things up nicely for next season.

With the way Rick, Michonne, and Carl were talking about how hungry they were, I actually thought the 1st bit of cannibalism was going to be Rick and the gang eating that group they had just killed.

Not only did they not kill anyone off, but they even brought back a dead character, 2 counting Patrick. Figured there would be some sign of Beth tonight, dead or alive. Gonna have to wait until October.

sure you saw a glimpse of bones, were they really human? I think the producers really try to pull our strings on things.

I really think terminus is what it is. an actual sanctuary. I think its a spot that these guys have protected well, as we saw there. I dont think they are actual cannibals. I think what we saw was such fleeting glimpses that they could have been animal bones, I think also that the room they ran into with the candles and names was just a sanctuary room for those lost in the outside world to bad people and that is where the negative tone came from NEVER AGAIN. etc... I just think that its not what they want us to think it is so they can surprise us more.

I loved what rick did to that group, especially Joe. that was the Rick I want in this world. no more fucking around.

god the lead up to this to be so shocked and appalled and thinking about crossing the line was not even close. yes this was a GREAT episode, but really could have been a season opener the half season close was way better than this. Im glad game of thrones is next week, I need a break from this show after this season constant disappointment for the way they tried to hype it. i think maybe I need to stop watching the talking dead as well. and reading the articles.

yeah I agree as well. and the way the commercials led up to it about who will arrive who will survive. but for future readings STAY OUT OF THE COMIC BOOK THREAD if you dont want to know parts of what may or may not happen. it really is VERY different other than character names

Yeah I'm not sure either way. They definitely are leading people to believe there is cannibalism, but it could all be a red herring as you say. If they are cannibals, what if they don't want to eat Rick's group but what if they are trying to recruit them? How do they decide who gets to be the cannibals and who gets eaten? And when they start running low on fresh meat, how can anyone be sure they won't be tomorrow's meal?

When they were running through Terminus away from the gunfire, they passed 2 other boxcars, and I'm pretty sure I heard people banging on the walls and screaming 'HELP' from inside the boxcar.
