Personally I found the World Series to be really boring this year, but if I was a fan of San Fran I wouldn't be saying that. (obviously) Still grats to all the Giants fans. Always great when the team you cheer for brings it home.

Take a look at the rosters throughout baseball. Many of the players are from those two states.

Being from So Cal I can honestly tell you there are baseball diamonds all over the place.

Sorry. I didn't watch much of the World Series. I was watching the NFL game last night. I flipped over once & it was scoreless in the 7th. So I didn't miss anything.

I will say it was nice to have a World Series without the Yankees or Red Sox. Sometimes a sport needs a change of pace. Don't worry I'm sure the Yankees will outbid every other team for Lee this offseason. If the Red Sox trade for Agon I'll be pissed. They better give up at least their top 5 prospects.

The Padres & Red Sox have a good relationship. Theo worked for the Padres before he became GM of the Sox. Hoyer knows just about every player in the Red Sox system since he was involved in the drafting of all of them. Which is why Boston might be hesitant to make a deal for Adrian. However Theo has wanted Adrian Gonzalez for quite awhile.
