You got straight fucked in this trade Bingo. You can't trade for a pick if you don't give up a pick. There needs to be an even # of picks within a trade. So you can theoretically trade a #1 for a #25 as long as there are two picks in the trade. You basically traded Blount/Cutler for Romo, and gave up your 2nd round pick (which will probably be higher than Bucs) for Buc's 2nd rounder.

BTW, don't trade 1st or 2nd round picks. Those are keeper rounds. They can be dealt, obviously, but you're trading for additional keepers or trading away keepers.
