True nasty fact - years back Friends of our bought an 80$ prime rib roast and wonderfully slow smoked it over a Saturday afternoon whilst we chatted and enjoyed a bevvie or 9. Jim takes this roast out and its perfect. We all pull up to the trough and load up plates. Jim's Sister takes a slab of prime rib and proceeds to lather it with Ketchup. A hanging offense

The local Costco has been selling the Gold Label on sale for the past few months at $49.99. They also have a platinum label at $84.99.

They also have a Kirkland signature brand of MaCallan 40 year old at $599.99 a bottle. That one is in a glass case.
