If anyone needs to kill some time NBC is showing Rugby 7s. Its actually kinda entertaining to watch 1 guy run in to a well of 7 men. I may actually watch this sport during the Olympics, if I can get over baseball being dropped.

I played rugby at the national level in high school. 7s is a good sport. I like rugby union better, but 7s is pretty entertaining

7's is fast, used to play for fun in this style. But yes, Union is better.
