There's an old saying for New England weather. "If you don't like the weather, wait a minute." Got about 20" here, higher totals inland. Jeff Sly got hammered with 30+ from what I'm hearing. The eastern coasts of Mass are preparing for major flooding at high tide (astronomical high tide combined with storm surge). Yeah it's a mess here this morning but it's certainly nothing new. Glad it's a Saturday as I did my laundry, shopping done earlier yesterday before it hit so just sittin around in my sweat pants til the landlord comes to plow. Got all the supplies I need. Turkey Hill fudge swirl ice cream, some diesel for the bong, 12 pack of Bud, Southern Comfort, the cats have food, drinkin coffee watchin the "special reports" by the local news stations. Over 398,000 without power, in Mass I believe but could be all New England not sure.

Well it's always tougher to calculate blizzard numbers as it's wind driven snow. It could measure 15" in your back yard and 35" in the front because of drifts. It's a top 10 storm in snow amount as of now and might make the top 5, not sure, but they're saying it'll finish higher than 10.
