OT: NHL Hockey

I have no money, so the NHL will continue to not get my money, of which I have none.

I'll watch, so I guess technically I'm adding something, but I will not be attending any games this year. I had season tickets, gave those up, and now I just don't feel the need to give up my money for people that really couldn't care less.

I had a partial plan and I have no desire to renew that any time soon. Free tickets I will take and use but they're not getting my money.

I bought NHL GameCenter last year, and that was the extent of my hockey purchases. Whether or not I buy it again this year depends on prices and number of games. Same/higher cost for fewer games, maybe not. Same cost for same games, probably. Lower cost for fewer games, hahahahahaha yeah that'll totally happen. And then the Flyers and Penguins will combine to form the Pennsylvania Flying Penguins and Fleury and Bryzgalov will combine to form a goalie who is no better at stopping pucks but is at least twice as big in the net and the Flying Penguins will rain death upon the unbelievers and holy shit I should probably sleep now

This recent proposal by the owners has got me excited that we might see some NHL hockey soon. But I stopped for a second and wanted to smack myself for being such a sucker.

I think we're all in the same boat with you IC.

If yesterdays events are any indication, we're in for a very long wait too.
