well...i'm a chick. so this list is EXTENSIVE. UP killed me. i LOVE that movie, but wow. for some reason, i can think of a lot of kid's movies that choke me up. Fox and the Hound. Oh. My. Gosh. "We'll be friends forever!" every time... Bolt does...when they're in the fire? Marley and Me (my cat died literally the same week...i was reading the book...i now hate it.) The Notebook (girl...it's natural), Lion King (don't lie...you did), Finding Nemo ALMOST got me...that's all for now, there will be more.

Every single time, I got choked up just looking at the picture. The end of "Godfellas" gets me as well.

As for movies, I cry like a baby for about the last 10 minutes of Apollo 13. From the moment the static and music kick in, and there is that shot of Ed Harris shooting to attention, and the capsule with the parachutes open, I start to lose it. When Tom Hanks says "Hello, Houston. This is Odyssey. It's good to see you again," I am usually choking on tears.

Edit: I will also take the loser 80's cop out, I typically shed a tear or two when Goose dies.

The only thing that (so far) has made me tear up as an adult was when my Grandfather died and if any woman I love cries (i.e. - my wife or my mom).....otherwise, I'm a pretty callous sunuvabitch.

Movies that are really sad just make my jaw hurt really bad and make it hard for me to swallow......(insert that's what she said joke here)

The finale of LOST got you? Which parts? Also I think Abrams might have left show.

I also dont think I have ever cried for a movie either, but the episode of Fresh Prince with his father had me pretty emotional.

I havent seen it for years so I dont know whether it would still get me, but the end of Dead Poet's Society when they got on the desks always got me.

I dont know if it made me cry but The Visitor had some really sad parts at the end, at least to me. (great movie IMO)

In high school, I remember tearing up over the scene in V: The Miniseries where the Jewish grandpa was explaining to his family why they had to help the refugees.

I don't remember crying to that, but I do remember seeing it as a kid and being scared for a week that my parents were going to rip their faces off and actually be lizard people.

I didn't cry, but was pretty moved during the Blindside. Esp the part when she asked him if he meant he never had a bedroom before and he replied "No, a bed."

**Spoiler alert**

Who's death did you take the hardest? I was a big Sirius fan, but FRED! Oh my Fred. That was a tough one.

well, all. i was quite upset by sirius', but for some reason i just saw it coming. dumbledore i cried (the movie...well, i went to the midnight premier and we all held up our straws and cried...that's what happens when you get a bunch of geeks together!). in hallows...i basically started crying when percy came back. that was just so...unexpected. but, the moment i cried the hardest was when harry was walking to the forest. fred was rough though...to take one twin, but not the other? i'm actually rereading it now. such a geek :P

You should meet my aunt then Pix, she doesn't think Sarndra Bullock and good movie can be in the same sentence

i mean...her usual movies aren't the BEST (i still like them, but they're not oscar types, ya know), but if you didn't think she did an amazing job in the blindside...you smokin' somethin!
