Unfortunately the Galaxy won 1-0 in their leg at home so now we have to win 2-0, 3-1, 4-2, or end regulation at 1-0 and win in OT or penalties

Backs against the walls but we can do it. I have a feeling this could be like Seahawks-Panthers in 05.

2-2 is what the series finished. The game should be in OT, not decided by a made up road goal imbalance.

There's no point in competing for the first seed with the away goal rule. The lower seed always gets the first game, so the lower seed gets the away goal advantage.

And yes, I'm pissed partly because I hate losing to LA. It's worse than losing to Portland.

Exactly ... This is why I can never take soccer seriously... Sounders win 2-1 but yet the Galaxy advance because they scored a #@$^ing away goal... OK congratulations Galaxy you lost tonight but good luck in the MLS cup... I just can't get emotionally involved with such a stupid system...

No sports team should EVER advance losing a game... It's a tainted stupid system.... When a game is done it's done you have a winner or loser ... So yes a best outta 3 is the way they should do it... First one to win 2 advances PERIOD.....

Martins - MVP finalist
Alonso - toughest sob playing mid field hands down
Yedlin - most electric db in MLS and one of the brightest rising stars in the country
Evans - Saavy Veteran and a US National team player

Not to mention Pappa, Pineda, Neagle, Barrett


Third year in a row with the best team, best home field, and by far the best fans in MLS and we get this crap in the playoffs
