This is really weird with the gymnastics coach carrying CASH(?) over to make the appeal. VERY odd. Why do they have to pay cash at all? How do they not think that looks weird? And why cash?

They changed the rules on inquiries. If they fill out the form properly the money is given back to the coach. Japan won their appeal & get the Silver.

NBC did their best to show as little as possible of the Gymnastics. Once the U.S. men were out of it after two rotations they didn't show squat. We didn't see one single Gymnast perform on the Still Rings. Wow has Russia fallen off the map or what.

/maybe its because theyre playing the soccer in cavernous environs while hockey was played in the cozy new UBC arena
