Actually in New York it is, Adultery, but rarely enforced but it's on the books.
IPW don't you remember that woman that was arrested having sex on a picnic table with that guy in the park in front of kid's? One of the original charges was adultery because she was married to another guy.
Yeah, but he was in Florida, the cesspool of America.
I do remember that story, but only 12 people have been actually charged with adultery in NY since 1972, and it's only a class B misdemeanor.
I'm glad it's not a felony, now I can sleep a bit better at night.
Hopefully not on picnic tables though.
