I'm 6'1" and 38 lbs lighter and still feel bloated.

I'm not so sure about that weight. Saw him in a highlight on NHL Network and he didn't look anywhere near that heavy. Besides isn't he taller than just 6'1"? I seem to remember him being taller.

Lists him at 231 and he looks heavier in picture than I remember on Kings.

I think 6'1" is actually generous. I would say 6'0" but his weight has always been up there, if you look up old yearly photos dude has 8 chins in most of them.

He is your typical meathead, just eats specific foods and works out constantly.
