No, they were probably included as further discussion on my nicknames in general. Gonorrhea Boy was an independent and separate entity from Darkstone, Stonewall, Stone King, and Stoner.

I know McDonald's stuff is generally horrible for you and a lot of people say it doesn't taste good, but I actually like the taste of most of McDonald's sandwiches. However I had a Big 'N Tasty probably 5 or 6 years ago and I don't know if it was the tomatoes or the sauce or what but that sandwich was flat out disgusting. Worst fast food burger I've ever had.
