I'm somewhat of a sox fan, so I gotta ask you, who do you think should be the closer next year.....I have my own opinion, but I want to hear yours

I hate to take the ball away from Pap, but he's not the same closer he was a few years ago. Bard may take over soon.

P.S. The Braves are my second favorite team. My mom used to go to the games when they were the Boston Braves :D

haha, Sox are my #2, so we root for the same teams.

But, IMO, trade pap to a team who thinks he is the same he was 2 years ago for a bat, or prospects. The game where the sox were up 4-0 going into the 9th vs Toronto and we lost 5-4, he lost my trust

Hey Tyler, how would you use your 1st 5 draft picks?
1-RB
2-WR or RB
3-WR or RB
4-WR or RB
5-QB ?

It all depends on where I am drafting

1-5: Same as you have it except maybe a QB earlier or later, all depends on how it's going

6-8: 1-WR 2-RB 3-RB 4-RB/WR 5-RB/WR/QB Basicly the QB depends, but after about 7 QB's the tallent goes WAY down. After Romo, it's a big step down in QB tallent

8-10(or 12) 1-RB/WR/QB 2-RB(if I took a QB or WR in the first round, then RB for sure)/WR (if RB in first round) 3-RB 4-RB/WR 5-RB/WR

Hope that makes sense, but a few words of advice: Wait on TE, its deep; Get a top 7 QB; 6 of first 7 picks should be WR/RB; you can get a bunch of RB's with high upside and hope for the best, almost quantity over quality at RB

So you're saying wait on a QB until the 5th round or so? I'd like to get a top 6 or 7 QB

Do you ever consider a teams strength of schedule when drafting players? I was considering using that when drafting my QB

not allways. Depends, but make sure you do get a top 6 or 7 QB. I mean after Romo it goes Favre then Flaco and Eli. So yeah get a top 6 or 7 QB. But all drafts are different. If there is a run on QB, go ahead and take one, but if you have the 3rd to last pick and both guys have taken a QB, wait another round. Does that make sense?
