Outside was 3, wind chill -12.

Plus side: Pond is nice and solid.

Additional bonus, when you boil water and throw it outside, it turns to snow instantly.

BTW it is really god damn cold today. I'm sure you folks in the upper mid west and north of the border are used to these ungodly temperatures but 11 degrees is pretty brutal.

This is still cold for us, but we at least know what it's like.
