I played my last intramural floor hockey game as an undergraduate tonight. We lost 5-1 to a team with a former junior player and a goalie who won the AAAA high school state championship two years ago. I was the goalie. The kid who played junior scored all 5 goals against me. I think I denied him 10 more times. Nobody could cover his stick.

I'm mad about three of the goals, two that he went 5-hole on me and one that he got just past my left pad on a rebound. The other two were legitimate, both quick shots off of turnovers.

Also, the Pirates blew it and lost in the 10th to the Giants 3-2. They wasted a very good start by Charlie Morton, who bounced back from his rough outing in Florida quite nicely.
