This is kind of exciting. Once I finish insulating my heating element, I get to calibrate an instrument I built myself. That's kind of a good feeling.

It would be, but it's just a device to make my samples. It's very similar to a centrifuge, but it's also got a heating element and it's designed to align the molecules in my system.
