It does just fine if you want to cool your face/neck area only. They aren't designed to keep your whole body cool.

Alright, cover is made, title page is made, acknowledgments are done, introduction just needs a couple edits, experimental is done, results and discussion needs just one edit, conclusion is done, future considerations is done, references are listed. Edits, two appendices (both just copy and paste jobs), and making sure my reference numbers match up with the citations, and I'll be done. I'm shooting for 3:30 AM.
