McDonald fell apart. Walked the bases loaded in the fifth without getting any outs. Resop came on and allowed two of those runners to score. Pirates down 3-2 now, and things aren't looking good for the Pirates.

It seems to be a trend with historically bad teams. It just takes a little extra to get back over the hump.
