Also, yesterday when I was surfing, I hit my knee cap on a rock. It was sore all day but this morning it's even worse. Can barely walk.

Worlds of pain happen. Especially knees. They hold grudges. I think it's the only body part that can hurt for weeks without actually being injured, at least in my experience.

In conclusion, I hope it's not injured.
