The Nats and the Pirates are both .500 or better with only a week or so until the All-Star Break... say goodbye to your loved ones, the apocalypse is upon us.
In a related story, congrats 2012 Stanley Cup Champion Florida Panthers.
Don't forget the 2012 SuperBowl Champion Cleveland Browns.
And next year's NBA champs, the Minnesota Timberwolves.
So much sometimes.
When I saw 2-1 Washington, I thought "Who are the Caps play.... oh..."
3+ months to go. Idk why, it doesn't seem as bad this year.
The judges would have also accepted the LA Clippers and Cleveland Cavaliers.
Yeah doesn't seem as bad to me either

*sigh* But seriously, watching that game and them celebrating in '71, I want the Buccos to win so. freaking. bad. I'm sick of being patient! I've been alive 20 years, and you've basically stunk for that period of time! I know there's a corner being turned, but hurrrrry upppp.
It's so exciting! I feel the same way about the Nats! I'm looking forward to them actually being a winning team and a playoff contender JUST in time for the Yankees and/or Red Sox to steal away their best player or two with a giant contract!
Are our expectations lowered now? Are we just assuming terrible things are going to happen? Or do we know we'll be back in the mix? I don't know.
I'd be less apathetic if they'd get rid of Semin or make some sizable changes.
Yeah, yeah. I'm overly hopeful, I know. MLB NEEDS to take action with the big market crap that happens. It's beyond horrible.
