Speaking of cable, I heard that my crappy cable company, Insight, has been bought by Time Warner. Although I've never really heard anything good about Time Warner. Hopefully this year they'll offer Center Ice.

I'm so damn sick of watching baseball and hockey games online.

Once upon a time, when you and many of the posters 'round these parts were wee lads and lasses, there was no internet.

Seriously, there wasn't. any. none. nada. We use to have to talk to people face to face, or by phone, or (gasp!) use a pen (or pencil) and paper and write them a letter.

I don't know how we survived...

and I hate talking on the phone. Luckily now most of the time I can get away with email at work. Most of the jobs I've had my adult life I spent a majority of my time on the phone. Now I hate talking on the phone. Ask my son, he's back in Michigan and I rather chat with him online than talk to him on the phone, lol.

The only person I talk to on the phone is my best friend in Michigan who I've known since we were kids, and that's just because she doesn't have internet.

Yeah, I remember them both. Hopefully we'll get some people over on the Wings board this season. The Lets Go Wings board that spetz was talking about, that board blows. I already talk to alot of them in the chat during drum's streams, the decent ones anyways. I also post over at RWC. It's a decent board. There's some good posters and some idiots, but its ok. BLOOD used to post there, that's why I went there and signed up. It's run by the guy who runs the Cap Geek website.
