I'm pretty good. Don't think I've been this cheerful and happy in a few months. Too much work, but I get a day off next Monday! WOO!

I dunno. I think part of it is a new found confidence in everything. Lost almost 50 Lbs, and I just overall feel better.

That is actually exactly what most people's reactions are haha. Still have 10 LBs or so that I'd like to drop. I still can't run becaue of my knee which I feel makes what I've done kinda more impressive.

It was a damn good candy bar. And now I'm waiting on my pot pie in the oven. I avoided eating all day because it was too painful to swallow. I'm starving now.
