Meatloaf...mmmmm. Had it the other night. I put 2 eggs in, breadcrumbs (though for my Mom who's gluten free I use Parmesan instead), garlic powder, salt, pepper, chopped onion, Sweet Baby Rays in the mix, then topped with ketchup before cooking. If you cook it for about an hour it's nice and moist.

Sans the peppers, similar to my meatloaf.

On the subway this morning, I heard one of the dumbest conversations I've ever heard. This is at an underground station mind you.

Train stops at platform, people get on, it starts to move, person next to me falls back a little and says...

Person A: "Whoa, that (the train's motion) pushed me back further than before. Why do you think that is?"
Person B: "I think maybe we're going uphill now"
Person A: "Yeah, probably"
Person B: "Plus my ears are popping so it would explain that too."

This is all before the train had even fully left the platform.
