Me. I do. good stuff. but it isn't meatloaf without meatloaf ketchup. And meatloaf ketchup is a different ketchup than normal bottled ketchup. Meatloaf without meatloaf ketchup is just meat in a loaf form

I agree. I like to put ketchup with brown sugar in it on mine.

As a studentish of the culinary arts, I make my own meatloaf ketchup. A mix of like a tangy BBQ sauce and a tomatoy ketchup. Add some Wosterscher(sp?) sauce and you're set...
