Speaking of bitter beer faces, I just calculated the IBUs of the pale ale I'm making, and it's 66.2.

It's going to be bitter.

Our porter was bitter at 54.9. We got that much bittering from just one hop in the pale ale.

But it will be a delicious bitter. Like grapefruit.

Yeah, they did. Was mainly referring to the tourney as a whole.

My day consisted of the following:

Writing nonfiction class (peer reviews, AKA telling people how bad they are at writing)
Volunteering at the local Head Start
Conducting a residence life meeting
Transferring my group's Maple Wheat beer to the secondary fermenter (which proved to be immensely difficult)
Board Games Night in my room, which proved to be one round of Scategories, and then evolved into ten people eating cake and watching funny YouTube videos and talking about a disjointed selection of conversation topics.

It was an awesome day.
