Speaking of bitter beer faces, I just calculated the IBUs of the pale ale I'm making, and it's 66.2.

It's going to be bitter.

Our porter was bitter at 54.9. We got that much bittering from just one hop in the pale ale.

But it will be a delicious bitter. Like grapefruit.

It's delicious and you know it.

The beer I'm really excited for, though, is the maple wheat we're making. It smells incredible. It's got one more week in the secondary fermenter, then we can bottle it. Unfortunately, it has to condition for 4 weeks, so we've got some time to wait before it's ready to drink, but it's going to be worth the wait.

Was that Baseball Stars? That game was awesome and way ahead of its time. You could name your team and players and it saved stats and records long before other games did. Many a beer were had while playing that and many arguments were had over that game.
