that was a good one too... i had absolutely no idea what to expect going into it (was even surprised that it was animated).

I actually had it on disc form and had it sitting on my desk for THREE MONTHS before I finally decided to pop it in. I knew it was going to be a traumatic war movie so I guess I didn't feel in the right kind of mood all that time. But damn, I was really pleased with the movie and kind of kicked myself for waiting so long to watch it. It was really beautiful..depressing, yeah, but still very vibrant and interesting to watch.
