Does #GoodDeedfortheDay mean someone has a twitter account under that name or is it just a goof? like #thisisadumbquestionbutiamtryingtofiguretwitterout

This. Anything after the hashtag insinuates a trend. But in most cases, like this, it is just a joke

it's mostly not used that way, but that's what it is.

I hate that hash tags are showing up everywhere now. NO people, you can not further damage your grammar by removing spaces.

Oh, and you can follow me if you want. I tweet about...well, Pens/Steelers/Pirates in season, with occasional "friend" stuff. Be warned though, that I tweet A LOT during games.
