It likely was domestic, and right wing. It was also likely in the name of Islamic extremism. The two are certainly not mutually exclusive. See London, Madrid and the DC Sniper.
Very few groups are as "right wing extremist" as Muslim fundamentalists.
Not trying to sound racist... But I honestly do not trust middle eastern people.
