OT: End of Summer Concert

These are "old" bands... Sonic Youth formed in the 80's and Pavement in the late 80s early 90s. I last saw Sonic Youth in '96 and Pavement in '97.

No Age I don't know much really...

Sonic Youth has been around for a while...I saw them open up for Neil Young at the Civic Arena back in the 80's....Social Distortion opened up too...was quite a show...

Pretty well all of it, except American Woman. He also did some new songs that he wrote. What made it so special, was that it was our High School's 100 year anniversary and he performed from his heart.

I hate Staind, but I brought my ex to see him solo live cause she loves that depressing shit. Needless to say I thought she'd be thrilled but she just acted miserable as usual. Thank god that ended. All in all, he puts on a good acoustic show. Have fun.

I checked out Pavement on youtube. I liked them. Sort of reminded me of Weezer a little.

The only show i got to see this summer was Stone Temple Pilots. They still kick ass after all these years. Weiland is a hell of a performer, and the Deleo brothers are great on bass and guitar.
