Not a huge burger eater but on burgers, hot dogs, and fries I gotta have me some ketchup. Not a big fan or relish or mustard. These are pretty much the only times when ketchup is acceptable. Look we've all explored the dark side of ketchup at 1 point or another. I'm not going to say that I haven't given into temptation once in a while, but lets be realistic here. It does not belong on KD, scrambled eggs, etc.

On subs/sandwhiches I'm all about the mayonnaise.

I don't mind mustard but it really doesn't do much for me.

Ketchup on steak? Hmmmm! Never tried it but I can see that not being too bad.

I've also heard of putting ketchup on a grilled-cheese sandwich. I've never tried that but I might have to sometime despite my previous rant of inappropriate use of ketchup.

Only dislike mayo. It has uses in tuna and as a base for other sauces. Pickling something is just a way to hide that something has gone bad by making taste rotten on purpose.

I agree, generally I use Miracle Whip if I use something that requires Mayo. If its in some salad or something where it doesnt taste so heavy than Mayo is fine. If its where you can taste it (like turkey with Mayo) I hate it.

I do not use either Mayo or Miracle Whip for warm items, only cold.

Depending on the burger type, I also enjoy BBQ sauce and/or Frank's hot sauce.
