OT: Bourn/Swish

Is Michael Bourn the only "big-name free agent" to get the exact deal that he deserves? The fear was drop-off in speed and talent into his mid-30s. That is averted with the 4-year deal (for $48, if you haven't seen this: Michael Bourn gets 4-year deal from Cleveland Indians - ESPN). He likely deserves more money than Swish (outside of Yankee stadium), but since he is over-priced at 4/$56, is what Bourn got actually a reasonable contract? It's funny to think back to him wanting 7 years and nine figures.

I wouldn't say Bourn is worth more than Swisher. Swisher is a bonifide hitter. That's still the scarcest skill in baseball. So Bourn ends up with Angel Pagan type money - that seems about right.
