I know what a scone looks/tastes like, but I don't have any idea what a crumpet is. I know what a Krimpet is as would any good Flyers' fan.

Yes, and I prefer crumpets. They are a bit lighter and remind me, in some ways, of english muffins.

Scones are a good pick me up with a cup of tea or coffee in the late afternoon, however. I like them with jam or fresh fruit.
