there are a ton of reasons why this is a great place to live... but that, my friend, ain't one of 'em!

My friend, who lives in Ottawa and works along the canal in an office overlooking a park, occasionally sends me photographic proof that your statement is not entirely correct.

I've often thought about the move northward. I told Mrs 43 when we made the jump away from the coast that if this didn't work out we were heading to Calgary or Vancouver. She agreed. But this place has been pretty great so far.

At the end of the month I am moving back to North Vancouver Island (location hint: Willie Mitchell and Clayton Stoner). Vancouver and the lower mainland itself is ok, but I had a much better (and cheaper) time doing outdoor activities on Vancouver Island.

The pucks are about much more than symbolism, however; they also carry a utilitarian function.

Dobrianski says three pucks would be mounted on the vehicle's motors and would help provide stability, to keep it from tipping over.

Hmm, lets see. We need something that weighs six ounces. We could use these six ounce weights that NASA made for $250,000....or we could use these hockey pucks!
