OT: A pretty interesting quasi-hockey thread on the Nebraska board

Where do I go to complain about this? Pron is the only reason to have internet outside of work. I would probably come around here more if there was a way to incorporate my other hobby.

Okay this thread is boring fuckin quick, bottom line, was I out of line, yes! Do I care no. All the mods here can defend themselves as much as they want, the ONLY MOD who did shit was Tox, he PM'd me and told me to take it to the PM's and I ignored him. He should have banned me right then for 24 hours.

One more thing, for all of you that were in that thread, who kept chirping your witty comments in between me and that dudes argument, and then when it got to be too much you had the nerve to say you weren't impressed any more, then this will probably not impress you either, fuck you and the hypocritical horse you rode in on!

I just wanted to remind everyone that this is the exact kind of pissing match drama we originally came here to get away from. Stop now with the personal attacks.

I also hinted at it several times prior to that:
I find it strange neither like what the other is saying yet can't help to quote every single thing the other says

So you got one mod saying stop now with the personal attacks, one telling you to take it to pms and one saying to start a smack talk thread if you aren't going to talk about the game.

Superflyer, glad you came back, but keep that stuff off the main board. You can do it on the team board, the Nebraska board or the water cooler, but not on this general board.

If it was smack talk that incorporated the game, it would have been fine.

Okay, the post Dare made was made well after the fight was already almost at it's end, and actually I believe it did chill after that. Why did it take 2 hours after for the banning, why did none of you think you could talk to me? I always thought I was pretty cool with the Mods here but I guess not, and why is every one so defensive, trust me it's a bigger deal to everyone elsre than it is to me, I have a Flyers board to post on and will remain there more than anywhere else.

While it did chill after dare's post, it didn't stop.
It took two hours for all of us to to get together and discuss to get all feedback together and make a decision.
I don't think the mods have anything against you personally, we just decided we had to keep up with how we interpret the rules.
I think this thread reinforces that most think it stepped outside the bounds of acceptability.
I am sorry if you no longer want to post on the main board after the incident, but I can understand if you feel that way.
