Should be some interesting adjustments at half.

Oregon ran the ball 8 times for 25 yards. Running the ball is a big part of what they do. Getting that late TD was significant in that they get the ball back to start the 2nd half. Will they start to grind it a bit more as opposed to being down 20-3 or 20-6?

Ducks also have to get some pressure on Penix. Obviously when he is comfy in the pocket, he can shred for nearly 200 in a half against them. They lose if comes close to repeating. Wouldn't mind some TE game involved for UW this 2nd half.

As for the Huskies? They need to regain the momentum after the late drive and halftime break. D has been playing great, but they'll get serious pressure to tackle in space this entire 2nd half. Big Mo has carried the D thus far, now the coaches need to do their job and make their adjustments and not stay with the status quo first half plan.

Pass Interference can only be called if the defensive player interferes with a player who is "attempting to catch"
The receiver could not physically attempt a catch unless he was 40 feet tall PLUS he was not even bothering to attempt to catch it.

That is why
1) the ball needs to be catchable AND
2) the receiver has to be in the act of trying to catch it.

Unless both parts are true, it is not a penalty, no matter how much grabbing and shoving happens.
That might be the worst PI I saw all year in college football.

Penix has played great so far. I think the Huskies were tired of some of the disrespect they were getting and wanted to make a statement.

Cannot be understated how important it was getting McMillan back for this game at full strength for the offense. It's going to force the Ducks to spread the coverage way more than they anticipated. You can see the difference it makes having him out there.

But we still got 2 more quarters to play and Ducks could come back and still win this if Huskies come out flat.
