The force is strong with this one. Just not quite strong enough.

This could have been (should have been) a hall of fame thread.

Washington State would have beaten 96% of tSEC with that effort they put out last Sat nite. In the end the Ducks "cruised on" by.

As to the OP...Goes to show why they still play the games out west in the Pac12. NOONE is safe in any venue.

LOL...apparently you haven't seen the offensive line play in the SEC this season... And Oregon is depleted. They had a good Oline until it got injured. Wazzu faces a healthy Oregon, Oregon wins by 21+.

I do see his angle though. When you consider WSU took the SEC champ to the wire at their own house the last time they played an sec team.

They played a good game Saturday. But yes, they took advantage of a depleted o line that includes a walk on.

Washington St. should have won or at least send into OT.

WSU played by far and away their best football of the season. Having watched the Cougs other games, I'm willing to assume Leach threatened to stuff anyone who screwed up in a closet this time.

I call Mike Leach "Lumpy" cause he looks like Lumpy from "Leave it to Beaver"

No, I think president Floyd threatened Leach's job prior to the Portland State game and since then Leach has actually adapted/gameplanned instead of just thinking his shit will work. Floyd came into the locker room and told Paul Wulff at halftime he was fired if he didn't win against Montana State so it wouldn't surprise me if he actually did say something to Leach.

Saturday, we played an A+ game against Oregon at home, we played a C+ game on the road last year against Auburn.

He needs to do that before every game then. In fact, it would be nice if he'd hop a plane to Troy, Alabama and do that to Larry Blakeney. (Trojans 120th in FBS :bawling: )

Haha, it would be nice, but I think it took for the exodus of donations to the school after the Nevada game while we are in the middle of a huge remodel of our stadium for him to/if he said something.

And Troy isn't a big school where they need there alumni to pour in millions of dollars to keep up with the Jones. Now if only he could get Paul Allen to donate money to our athletics instead of his $25 million towards an academic program.
