The baseball Gods were angered when we won the first game it seems.

But it sure seems like our moves with the pen left a lot to be desired - not talking about Tolley today - overall in this early season. Honestly didn't get why, who on several occasions.

Like I said, its early and I don't even know where the panic button is.

After Prince's home run in the 6th. The Rangers had one hit and 7 strikeouts.

Damn the Mariners took a shit all over tolley today. No need to panic yet. We all know that this team gives the Rangers fits. We have a new matchup. Hopefully, the Rangers look better against the Angels.

It seems as if Banister struggles to get his team ready to open the season. That may not be the case at all, but it sure seems that way.

Evan asked him in the postgame show if his approach with the relievers this spring caused some of them to not get as many ST innings and not be ready in an effort to not wear them out after being overworked last season. Banny denied that and said they got as many innings as other relievers around baseball. I do recall him saying at the beginning of ST that they were going to go easy on some of the bullpen guys in ST just like Evan mentioned so either he didn't do what he said then or he answered Evan's question wrong.

Several guys have looked like they weren't ready for the season to start.
