Always have been a fan of ASU football and baseball. Don't really know much about their baseball team so if I watched them play I might hate them, but I have been a fan of the football program. I do know they are a very consistent squad that has the ability to make a run. Probably should be a top 25 pre-season every year.

We should make a weekly thread starting every Monday. LSU 2-0 heading into what should be an easy Sunday game against Grambling State. Stud Freshman Jared Posche taking the mound for the Tigers, guy is projected to be the next big name to come out of LSU.

I was just thinking about making a 2014 season thread just to chat up what's going on, without having to make 20 threads with 1 or 2 responses in them, but a weekly thread would work as well. Let's do it. This board is getting some interest now. A lot more than last year already and there should be some good chat and info to throw up every week.

Whew, won the 2nd game of the series 5-3.

and won the 3rd game 9-7. Had to have a 2 out rally in the bottom of the 8th to get it done. We were trailing 7-6 before E. Mich started with the errors and we capitalized with 3 runs to take the lead. A win's a win, I suppose, and we take 2 of 3 from E. Mich.

Beat College of Charl. 12-3 in Game 2. Stay tuned. Tobad we didn't get some of those runs in Game 1.
