Onion Rings

Surprisingly easy to make.
I made a massive batch on Saturday, had to give two whole bowls of them away to neighbors.

Soak em in Buttermilk
make sure you season the dry flour mixture and the beer batter
keep oil temp over 350 and do not put to many onions in the oil at once it lowers the temp
