Dawson Mercer is the real deal. Holtz doesn't look comfortable yet, needs more seasoning.

Well the good news is, I won a couple of bucks on kings over coronas tonight.

And I didn't watch any of the Canucks game.
Finished Squid Game instead.

I remember a lot of hype about the kid when he was drafted. Top goalie taken in 2013.

Any kind of response from the league office? No? Can someone wake up Sleepy Gary?

I saw a stat that said fully half their lineup last night had less than a full season in the NHL. the highest number of career games of that group was 70.

they play a back-to-back this weekend too.
so time to be your uncle's cucumber farm on if the games go ahead.
Sunday is against Calgary, for added incentive.

^^

Also, while it's true that I loathe the Oilers, Kevin Lowe is not a Hall of Famer. I mean, I realize he played defense, but even with the high scoring Oilers, he cracked double digits in goals one season (and that was 10) so he barely did that.

Kevin Lowe: 84 goals, 348 assists
Larry Robinson: 208 goals, 750 assists

Larry is a Hall of Famer who was a integral member of the Habs, Kevin Lowe played on great teams in Edmonton and New York.

Best Flame ever

Yeah, no doubt. I think my top five Flames after Iggy would be

Kipper
MacInnis
Nieuwendyk
Giordano

I probably should have Theo in there, but it's tough to ignore how zany he's become of late.
