Bettman wants to keep focus on Q and Chevy because he doesn't want to deal with the allegations that the NHLPA and Donald Fehr knew about it also and did nothing. It's likely that the league itself was brought into it and also did nothing. Everyone in power wants to keep this focused on Q and Chevy and Bowman. But it keeps growing.
