At NHL speed, I am not sure I could consistently identify that the person I am passing to is wearing the same jersey. They idea that someone could ID whether they are righty or lefty AND be able to change how they deliver the pass....

the group I play with now has a set of jerseys for each team (mixed up teams every week), with no numbers.
Drives me nuts, as I can't tell who is who at glance. I'm starting to learn some players by their socks, but it fucks me up.

for Sedin to do that in real time is pretty amazing

This is always a fine thread to post anything NHL related, we have several comedy threads for certain teams thus if the news concerns one of those teams, you can certainly use one of those threads. Also, if it's breaking news concerning a prominent player, starting a new thread is fine.

Devils center Jack Hughes was placed on IR with a dislocated left shoulder and is out indefinitely. The team says he won't need surgery and will be reevaluated next week.

Hey Parros: Maybe shut the fuck up and encourage the refs to get shit right. And of course have your department get supplemental discipline at least consistent so players don't feel like they HAVE to take things into their own hands.
