Just found out that Kubalik was a 7th round pick who was traded to the Hawks for a 5th rounder a year ago. God damn.

I mean at that price he's good value even if he doesn't but i guess I'm skeptical that he can double the league shooting percentage every year. If he does that's gravy though.

Hey, Boeser fooled people for just long enough to secure the bag. All Kubalik has to do is keep around 12% next year and he's golden.

Calder really strikes me as a two horse race between Makar and Hughes, but I think Makar takes it.

Was also hoping to see Olofsson make the cut over Kubalik, despite the missed games. Pretty much the only bright spot in (another) write off of a season in Buffalo.

As much as those two are huge douchenozzles off the ice, I'd say that they are not dirty players on it. Fair play...unless you consider that there are plenty of secondary players who are much more sportsman-like. But who cares about them.
